General Questions

Q. How can I contact customer service?
A. You can use the contact us form, email support@cherryredboutique.com or call (347) 625-9345 and leave us a message!
In order to get the fastest response, we recommend sending us an email.

Q. I really love your totes, where can i buy the pattern you use?
A. We do not use store bought patterns to create our totes or purses. All of our patterns are hand drawn and hand cut, sorry!

Q. The product I want is sold out, when will it be available again?
A. The best thing to do would be to click on the " Email me when item is back in stock" link in the item listing and fill out the short form.
We will let you know [before the general public] when we restock those. You can also join the mailing list to get early updates.

Q. Who do I send my fan picture to?
A. We would love your fan pictures! You can send them to fans@cherryredboutique.com

A. Unfortunately, we are not accepting mail in payments at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A. We ship from New York. The Bronx to be exact. NYC <3

A. Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At the moment, no. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date.

Q. How will I know when my order has shipped?
A. You will receive an email when your order status is changed to shipped. You can also check your order status by logging into your account, and clicking on "order status" in the upper right hand corner of the site.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes you can! You can check your order status by logging into your account, and clicking on "order status" in the upper right hand corner of the site.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Depending on your location, your order should reach you within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the the postal service, some orders might take longer to arrive.


Returns Questions

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled by filling out this form or emailing orders@cherryredboutique.com

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If your order has already been shipped and you would like a refund, all the products involved must be returned to Cherry Red Boutique within 10 days of the delivery of the order. Please contact Cherry Red Boutique for a return to address

Once the returned product(s) has been received, a refund will be issued. Items must be unused, in new and unworn condition, with tags and labels still attached with no sign of removal.

Cherry Red Boutique does not issue refunds on shipping charges, or giftwrapping fees.
